UNITED NATIONS, March 25 (Reuters) - A draft resolution France and Nigeria submitted to the U.N. Security Council on Friday calls for sanctions against Ivory Coast incumbent leader Laurent Gbagbo, his foreign minister and three other people.

The draft, obtained by Reuters, would impose an international travel ban and order all assets frozen for Gbagbo, his Foreign Minister Alcide Djedje, Gbagbo's wife and senior figure in the Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) Simone Gbagbo, FPI chair Pascal Affi N'Guessan, and the secretary-general of Gbagbo's presidency, Desire Tagro.
