Howard Sklar and Tom Fox discuss the FCPA issues of the week

Two bloggers who write popular blogs about the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery laws have decided to record and post a weekly video of themselves debating the week's FCPA issues.

Tom Fox and Howard Sklar (whose blogs are here and here respectively) have created a website called This Week in FCPA. The first episode's debate focuses on the UK Bribery Act, the Johnson & Johnson settlement, whether state-owned entities can be foreign officials and what contractual anti-corruption provisions should look like.
