MEXICO CITY, May 5 (Reuters) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 hit the Mexican capital on Thursday and buildings shook but it was not immediately clear if there was any damage.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake centered 9 miles south of Tlapa, a city located about 115 miles (337 km) south of Mexico City, at a depth of 39 miles (62 km). (Reporting by Elinor Comlay)
