KABUL, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Afghanistan's Independent Election Commission (IEC) said on Sunday it will enforce nine of 62 changes to parliamentary election results made by a special poll court, which it had earlier challenged as unconstitutional.

IEC head Fazl Ahmad Manawi told a press conference that it would send nine new parliamentarians from eight provinces to the legislature, which has been paralysed by a dispute with President Hamid Karzai over the results since fraud-mired election in September.
