As reported by the Jakarta Post

Two suspects in the case of a raped and murdered 21-year-old university student, Livia Pavita Soelistiyo in Indonesia, have still not been charged with raping her despite their confession, the Jakarta Post reported.

“Although we already have confessions from the suspects and witnesses, we still need proof in the form of the doctor’s information,” West Jakarta police crime detective, Chief Ferdy Sambo, said, according to the paper.

Livia went missing on Aug 16 after leaving her university and her body was found in a gutter in West Java five days later. Six men have been arrested in connection with her death, the Post said.
