Published less than three months after the arrival of the UK Bribery Act, “Corruption: The New Corporate Challenge,” highlights the dangers faced by corporations in an era of increased anti-corruption enforcement.

 

The authors Nick Kochan and Robin Good provide a holistic view of corruption, analysing the legal and political landscape whilst drawing on case studies and interviews to illustrate points and provide compliance tips.

 

The book is published by Palgrave Macmillan and is out on Friday.
