Nairobi - The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) welcomes a US${esc.dollar}1 million (about Ksh. 85 million) contribution from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to support people still suffering from the effects of the devastating drought in 2011... WFP is using the donation to support recovery and resilience building activities in arid districts including Turkana.
