The Institute for War and Peace Reporting and the Wayamo Communication Foundation have come together to host a public debate at Strathmore University Auditorium, Phase 2, Madaraka, Nairobi West on Wednesday, 20 February 2013.The debate, entitled Elections, Impunity and Accountability, begins at 10.00 and is open to the public.
