Vietnam should take comprehensive steps to fight Typhoon Haiyan, the strongest in the past 10 years, that is forecast to make landfall in central Vietnam late on Sunday, according to the government, the Saigon Giai Phong (Liberation Saigon)newspaper reports.
All ships operating in the path of the typhoon, the 13th to hit Vietnam this year, should be called back, the report quoted Agriculture Minister Cao Duc Phat as saying.
