WFP flew in 44 metric tons of High Energy Biscuits (HEBs) to the Philippines today from the UN Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD) in Dubai, for subsequent airlift to Tacloban. This is enough to feed 132,000 people for a day or 19,000 people for a week.
