ALBUQUERQUE, April 9 (Reuters) - A helicopter crash-landed on the roof of the University of New Mexico Children's Hospital in Albuquerque on Wednesday, but there were no immediate reports of injuries, a hospital employee said, citing internal emergency communications.
The official said no further details about the circumstances of the mishap were immediately available, except that no evacuations were necessary.
But local media reported that three people were aboard the chopper, none of them patients, when it came down on the hospital roof on Wednesday evening. (Reporting by Joseph Kolb in Albuquerque, Victoria Cavaliere in New York; Writing by Steve Gorman; Editing by Dan Whitcomb and Lisa Shumaker)
