Natgas line rupture forces limited evacuations in Charlotte- report

June 19 (Reuters) - A rupture in a natural gas pipeline forced limited evacuations in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Thursday afternoon, according to a local media report.

The incident occurred in the 300 block, e. Trade Street, near the Charlotte Transportation Center, the report on the WBTV news website said.

It was not immediately clear which company operated the pipeline or the extent of the damage.
