ShelterBox has been working with local Rotarians to bring much-needed shelter to families living in isolated areas of Serbia, following what has been described as the worst flooding in the Balkans for decades.
This video provides an insight into part of ShelterBox’s response in the first few weeks. It was produced by ShelterBox response team member Giles Walker, who is a videographer by profession and was also part of the second team in Serbia. It includes interviews with beneficiaries as well as local Rotarian Svetislav Goncić, who has been invaluable in assisting ShelterBox with the language, local knowledge and logistics.
