Eastern Chad- just a few kilometres from the border of Sudan. Halima is one of 300,000 refugees living in one of the most harsh and remote regions of the world. Today she forages for Mukheit in the burning Saharan desert. Since she escaped from Darfur 10 years ago she has been dependent on food aid to feed her family but now, because of the lack of funding she's living on half the food she used to get from WFP.
