July 28 (Reuters) - * Iraq files lawsuit against ministry of natural resources of the kurdistan

regional governate with respect to 1.03 million barrels of crude oil -- court

records * Lawsuit filed in U.S. district court in Galveston, Texas -- court records * Iraq seeks to repossess the barrels of crude oil, which it says were

unlawfully loaded on the united kalavrvta while that vessel was docked

outside Turkey * Iraq says the oil was pumped without permission by a kurdistan regional

government instrumentaity * Iraq says the oil is now aboard the united kalavrvta, and has been scheduled

to arrive in Galveston today, July 28
