BRUSSELS, March 15 (Reuters) - Belgian police investigating the November Islamist attacks in Paris were hunting a gunman after shots were fired during a raid on a house in Brussels, a spokesman for the federal prosecutors office said.

A police spokeswoman said one police officer had been slightly injured. Police blocked roads in the Belgian capital's southern suburb of Forest and a major operation appeared to be under way, Reuters journalists at the scene said.

Belgian security forces are still hunting suspects and associates of Brussels-based militants involved in the attacks in Paris on Nov. 13 in which 130 people were killed. (Reporting by Philip Blenkinsop; Editing by Alastair Macdonald)
