Drought cost South Africa's farms $510 mln in past year -survey

JOHANNESBURG, Jan 25 (Reuters) - South Africa's farms lost 7 billion rand ($510 million) in potential revenue and cut 31,000 jobs since January last year because of severe drought, according to a survey of farmers released by industry body AgriSA on Friday.
