BAGHOUZ, Syria, March 12 (Reuters) - Between 1,500 and 2,000 people left Islamic State's last enclave in eastern Syria and surrendered on Tuesday, a spokesman for the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said.
