Regan Ralph is the chief executive and president of the Fund for Global Human Rights, a public foundation supporting grassroots activists across the globe. Before launching the Fund, Regan directed the Women’s Rights Program at Human Right Watch and served as vice president for health and reproductive rights at the National Women’s Law Center.
