Andrea Meza is Minister of Environment and Energy for Costa Rica. As Director of Climate Change for the Costa Rican government since 2015, and a lawyer specialized in sustainable development, she directed the formulation and implementation of the National Decarbonization Plan, launched in 2018 with the goal of making Costa Rica a net-zero economy by 2050.
