Sigrid Kaag was appointed Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of The Netherlands in October 2017. She's a current Ministerial Co-Chair for the NDC Partnership, a global coalition that champions climate and development action. Minister Kaag previously served as Assistant Secretary-General for the UN Development Programme and then UN Under-Secretary-General.
