Former United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights


Kate Gilmore is a fellow with Harvard University’s Carr Centre for Human Rights Policy and is working to advance application of human rights norms and standards specifically in respect to young people, gender and race. She was United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Human and before that Assistant Secretary General with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). She previously was Executive Deputy Secretary General of Amnesty International.
