Alan Belfield


Alan Belfield joined Arup in 1992 as a senior engineer. He has gone on to become the firm’s chair, leading a 16,000-strong team including designers, planners, engineers, architects, economists and data scientists, working across every aspect of the built environment. Arup is an employee-owned firm with a commitment to shaping a better world.
