Antonia Urrejola Noguera is Chile’s minister of foreign affairs. She was commissioner for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights from 2018-2021, becoming its president in 2021. She has been an advisor to the government of Chile at different times, on human rights, indigenous people’s rights, childhood, sexual diversity and environment.
