Noura Hamladji


Noura Hamladji is UNDP’s Country Director in Libya. Before Libya, she worked in programme management with UNDP in New York, Timor-Leste and Azerbaijan. Noura joined UNDP through its Leadership Development Programme in 2003. Prior to joining UNDP, she worked in academia as a researcher.
