Aid officials call for swift cross-border access in Syria
The Syrian government has agreed to allow humanitarian supplies into northeastern Syria and aid convoys are ready to go, UNICEF executive director Anthony Lake has said on a visit to Lebanon to mark the third anniversary of the conflict.
